Paris was really fun. We stayed in Paris for 8 days. On the first day in pairs, we went to the Brazil vs USA girls semi-finals. It was really cool. The game went into match 5. But the USA won by 5 points. The game was 2 hours and 30 minutes but it felt way longer because me and Kadyn were starving. But when the game ended there was nothing good so I got a giant cookie and a chocolate chip muffin. While on the other hand, my sister got a really long hot dog that she ate in 2 bites. The hot dog should be called a 2 bite hot dog. After she demolished the hot dog she said “I’m still hungry”. My face was in shock because I was stuffed after my cookie and muffin. After that, we got an OLYMPIC SWEATER. I was so excited when I got it. I was for sure not 60 euros a sweater… Then we put it on but it was 30 degrees out so were sweating. So we just took but we were still sweating but we were better. Since we were at the top floor at our thingy it was even hotter up there. So we filled up a bottle with water and put it in the freezer but it never froze so we kind of were scrooed.
My favourite day in Paris was when we went to the men’s soccer gold medal game. The teams playing in the game were France vs Spain. The game was intense. France got the first goal but Spain got 3 goals after that. In the second half, France scored 1 goal then Spain got a yellow card and France got a free kick. And they didn’t score….JK they scored to tie the game. The game went Exrta time and it was so interesting. Sadly Spain won by 2 goals and the final score was 3-5 Spain. After the game, we waited so we could watch the medal ceremony. We waited about 30 minutes but it was worth it. When we got out it was 9 pm and it was flooding with people and the bus was cancelled. We luckily got a taxi to take us home if we hadn’t we would had to wait 1 hour in line on the tram.
Paris is fourth in my place right now.
