Bern was great! It had so much beauty everywhere you would go. The first full day we went to the river. The river was the colour of Canadian glacier water, but a bit warmer. The river flowed very fast, you would see so many people just flying past you on the river. Only my dad went because Kinnon was too scared, and I didn’t want to go. My mom and I just sat on the grass watching the boys swim in the pool while we ate and suntanned. The river was super cool and had fun chilling. The next day we went to the Swizt Alkes. Once we got there we went to sit by a lake and eat lunch since we were early, then we went to go on the train. The train was wild. It would go so high, kinnon was for sure scared so he hid under the hat the whole time. The views were incredible on the way up. Once we got up it got quite chilly and foggy. The view was so good! After me and my dad went for a 5-minute hike even high. It was pretty high, I didn’t like that you couldn’t see over the edge so it made me a little unsteady, but I was fine once we got up. After we took a gondola to a lower level. The gondola was pretty cool and went quite fast. Once we went there we went to go on some activities. The first thing we did was go on the sleds down a metal tube. It was so cool. You could control the speed and you would kinda go on an obstacle course. It was so fun I would for sure do it again. After we went to this glider. The glider was like ziplining but slower. It was pretty cool but wasn’t as good as the sleds. After we made our way back down and went for supper. The next day was a rest day because we were preparing ourselves for Paris since it would be pretty busy. Bern was great and very pretty. It had so many details and it had a lot of activities. I would for sure go again. It is #1 on my list right now!
